Chipotle Mexican Grill - Manassas

Staff was hard to understand, tables and floors were filthy, paper straws, and my burrito was so loose that it fell apart. The underside of my burrito was cold. The tables were packed together really tight. Sparkling water was over bubbly and to sharp. Everything was absurdly overpriced.

Don't go when they're hella busy. they are skimping hard. Sure, put an equivalent of 1 cup of sour cream on my 1/8 filled burrito bowl. And might as well order 2 kids meals to even get close to make up the skimping on an adult burrito. $32 bucks for such low quality and service. Sloppy as well, spilling the food everywhere when serving and wasting it.unacceptable.

The food was cold, they didn’t give me sour cream, green tomatillo salsa, or extra lettuce as a requested. Also on top of all that, I found a piece of hard plastic in my bowl.

I made my first order at this place and it was one of the most horrible because they never gave me the ingredients that I ordered. I tried to call the restaurant and only voice machines and they do that to avoid so many consumer complaints. This was my last time. an online order because the online service does not work

I don’t recommend this place, first of all I always order a burrito bowl and they don’t serve the right amount it’s always half empty and I’m paying almost $25 dollars is insane the price and the amount of food they serve!
