Ordered the "Big White Wreck. "All the employees are surly and unhelpful. Zero personality.The sandwich itself was pretty good other than the oil. I asked for no oil so of course they drenched it in oil. George likes it spicy so I went for the hot peppers. They don 't lie, they are spicy, you have been warned. ??️
Ordered through doordash. Sandwich was literally burnt. Mustard only on part of it. Barely any meat. Ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie and a cup of baked potato. The pot pie soup bowl wasn’t even half full. Very disappointed.
I ordered today 01/12/2024 total of 3 orders 6 sandwiches, customized order to have all the options available as everything extra for all 6 and removed all the meat from every sandwich if any, came back home and opened the Mediterranean Sandwich to eat and to my surprise the sandwich was bare bone, half sandwich was not even having anything in it, rest half was a mixture of mayo, hummus, onion, and cucumber, is it called as Mediterranean sandwich from the potbelly menu? Definitely not. Staff seemed very confused, was talking in non english language all along, milk shake blenders are broken, no shake was included in the order even after ordering, and they did not even inform about it, and when brought up that shake is missing, they said OH, and went to blender, and came back saying it is broken.I am really concerned on all my sandwiches I have left whether they are up to the order standards I ordered or are they all bare bone as the first sandwich was, I do not have a pic of the eaten sandwich but I do have other 5 remaining which I can bring back and get them checked and fixed as necessary, also, next time I will take pictures of all other 5 sandwiches before I eat and post them here for everyone to look at what they look like from the order today.Please fix my sandwiches and make your staff trained to talk in english language and prepare the recipe of the sandwich as instructed in order and not something out of rush or they wish will.Please respond ASAP on this all other 5 sandwiches check and fixes.Update: with in 2 hours (01/12/2024):I inspected all the sandwiches at home, took all the pictures as necessary, went back to the store, talked to the Store manager of the day, he very nicely first asked me to come back tomorrow and will have me talk to real store manager and refund all my money back, then few seconds later, he gave me another option to fix the order and all sandwiches. He very humbly and respectfully worked along with another associate girl at that time in store and fixed all of my order sandwiches total of 8 sandwiches were fixed and handed over to me.With all the respect and attention that was given to me and on my order, I said very thank you to both, hugged the store manager to express my gratitude.Now with that all set of positive outcome, I have raised my rating from 1 star to 5 star to all categories Food, Service and Atmosphere as they made me feel special. Please as a request give both of them a very good raise in some way or the other, make them feel appreciated more to what they do and go extra mile. Thanks.
