I don't know where you can get a better burrito in the Seattle area. The truck diagonal from McClendons has a nicer seating area and a salsa bar.

Great burritos and tacos. The bean and cheese burrito is vegetarian. Much better than you get in Seattle and cheaper. It is open until 11pm.
