Original Giovanni’s - Malden

Cold food...Ordered at 1134a.m.. it is 12 50pm and still waiting. It's less than a quarter mile away. I called. The woman the delivery driver should have already been here. She ll call him. All the food was cold.

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this delicious restaurant. we had an enormous evening and the place was undoubtedly the reason for the happy celebration. the team cooperated on pleasant wise, the kitchen was great and my kumpels were so enthusiastic. we will not return for more celebrations. Thank you.

As entrepreneurs themselves they can have the best product, but if they don't have the personal skills or customer service to return it, they don't have good company, no matter what they offer. I would eat from a restaurant with amazing service about good food and crispy peculiarity every day of the week.

I have to say Giovanni‘s is my new go to! Me and my kids love everything on the menu have never been disappointed from salads to calzones to subs to pizza, bacon cheddar pizza, yum!

I used to order from this restaurant frequently. The last two times, I got subs and they smelled like Indian food. I'm not sure if there are new owners or management. Everyone working there is Indian, which is not an issue except for the strong incense and spice smells on my Italian sub. Even the bag it was served in had a lingering scent.
