Food is very cozy and while their menu has only 9 items, but they are all delicious. As an egg ventilator, I love her ovine bomb, which is essentially deep roasted egg. Another unforgettable dish is her Muar Otah, which is very authentic and has huge fish in itself.
It has simple food that has been cooked well. Total feels like cooked at home yet done at a perfectionist level. We have fried fish, sotong, brewed omelett, veg and otah. The fish was very well made, fried crispy with fish smell as it was fresh. The simple worts allow the fish sweets and taste to come through. The Omelet was also super soft with large shrimps. The sotong was also a highlight, samba stir fry but added with shrimp, which we did not expect. 4 of us eat 2 omletes, a veg, a otah, 2 fish, a sotong comes to only 172rm. Great value and taste!
Food is delicious and service is friendly. Best Assam Fish and Sambal Sotong prawn petai was delicious. The lady boss was very kind and spoke to us. Overall, it was pretty good here. Good place for family and children also
The best place for Asam Fish and Steam Otak Otak in Melaka. Full meal avwragely about RM 30 per Pax. Not the cheapest, but worth the price. One of the few places that serves pineapple juice as a stacked beverage.
My second visit here. Last time was in 2020. The food still taste good after two years. The fried egg is a must to order! It’s so crunchy and fragrant. The soy sauce drizzle all over the fried egg makes it so delicious. Their assam fish is also another must try. The seafood Petai is so good too. The dishes will surely make you ask for another serving of rice. The lady boss is also very funny and helpful. Making you feel so welcomed in her restaurant. I’ll look forward to going back there for dinner the next time I’m at Melaka.
