Yoshida Seimen Yokohama Ramen - Makati

For me, my overall experience was fine since there were a few people dining as t was around 10pm already at that time. Ordered Yokohama Ramen Tonkotsu, Noukou Ramen (for my aunt), and a shake who's name I forgot that's a mix of bananas and mangoes (sorry). The Yokohama Ramen was very rich but the downside is that the Chashuu was a little too chewy. The shake was perfect after finishing the ramen to wash out the strong taste. The service is great although somehow had a little miscommunication because they forgot to punch the shake when we asked for the bill. Good thing for them that I'm an honest soul so I told them immediately.

Taste buds blown away by wafu ramen. At first I thought it tasted weird because it had this "fishy" taste but after a few more slurps I was hooked by its unique taste. The base is a mix of pork, beef and fish broths that works perfectly with each other. This is now on my top ramen place here in makati!

Menu prices does not inclue VAT. Ramen noodles are great but the soup is just average. Their noukou ramen has a nice grilled smokey flavor. They close at 2am, so if I'm craving for ramen, then yes, I'll pass by.

Surely won't make it to the top of my list but it's passable. This claims to be a Yokohama-style ramen which uses chicken broth as its base. We had the wafu and noukou ramens. I like the taste of the noukou ramen more. What really irks me with some restos such as this is that they later on surprise you with the VAT charge which was not included in their menu prices.To my knowledge, this is against the law. I don't recall the menu mentioning that the VAT was not included. So at over P400 per bowl, I would find them to be a tad expensive. And this is also considering the ramen quality they have and its quantity.

I would like to commend this place.With affordable prices, you'll have great foods ul crave for from time to time...Best Ramen -Wafu!!! great coffee jelly dessert! and their lunch set my favorite Salmon!!! i love the foods here!!!
