Wetzel's Pretzels

This is my favorite mall food store, but this particular location doesn't have cheese pretzels ready. I was told that it would take at least 20 minutes after I had waited in line for about 10 minutes. Normally, I wouldn't mind but I was only here to charge my car and didn't have time. Very disappointed!

I work in the mall and like to get pretzels but I had a long hair on mine as I was going to take a bite . I’m probably not going for awhile I was so disgusted .

Just bought the hot dog bites. It was very dry on top and soggy on the bottom. You can tell it was sitting there for a long time. Very disappointing visit today. We won’t be coming back for a while again. We normally come here often but we won’t for a while now. Oh and they gave me half cup full for just under 8 dollars when they had full cups there ready which was okay this time around because it didn’t taste good and it was greasy and upset my husband’s and my stomach real bad. Now we’re suffering for the night. Thank you so very much. NOT!!!!

Love this place. Super yummy and fresh pretzels. Generally nice and helpful employees. Great place for a simple and delicious lunch. I always get the original pretzel with salt and butter and have never been disappointed. I also love that they have cherry Pepsi since I like to get half diet and half cherry Pepsi as my drink. Highly recommend if you're at the mall or in the area.
