Pizza Salvatoré - Magog

Got our order 1h40 after ordering, even when selected the ASAP option, it came 25 min late than the worst estimate they mentioned. Had to call the central twice as you cannot call the restaurant directly. The first time they said to go pick up the order at the restaurant? which in my opinion defeats the purpose of ordering with delivery. We asked them to cancel the order as it was ridiculous, and they said they could not as it was to be delivered « soon », so we got acoupon instead even when we said we did not want to order from there anymore. The food arrived cold, even later than what the central said and not really good. Would not recommend even when we got coupons to apologize

First few times I ordered, everything went well and the pizza was delicious but the last time I ordered, well, I never received my pizza. I called twice to ask where my food was and their reason was that they only had one delivery person, and both times they told me I'd get my order in about 15min. So no pizza and no refund, I couldn't deal with them anymore.

Terrible ?.totally unorganized unprofessional ?the left hand doesn?t know what the right hand is doing ?I live 5 minutes away they said I?m out of their delivery jurisdiction ?ridiculous run by amateurs?if this is a franchise ..someone needs to check up on them . 0 stars

Good food when you get it lol waited 40 mins one day the forgot the start my oder not even a sorry all we heard was yelling hurry and make the pizza and tonight it took 50 min and i didnt even get the right pizza but when i got home there was no way i was going back to wai another 50 mins maybe if they all stoped being in a circle and laughing they could get the job well done besides that they seem like a good crew

First experience was good but 2nd order took 3 hours to get.. 3rd order received a mini poutine instead of the small that was ordered and BOTH of my 9 inch pizzas had raw pizza dough which made them completely unedible. Be wary even when ordering in the restaurant.
