Updated.... I want to thank the owners for coming out. I didn't want to share my experience in return. I appreciate it. This place is a joke it took over an hour to get my order. When I called the store, I talked to a lady who told me well, we had a hurry. But we'll get caught if you have another order. Why would I order something that had taken an hour? Manger was no help either. He just said he had only one driver. How is that my fault? You should at least show a banner on the website that the delivery is delayed. We as a customer should at least be informed if the order is expected to last longer. It's not my fault they planned a short staff.

I love this location so much I have ordered here so much at least twice a week, Saturday night shortly before closing. They were perfect I am sure, but the delivery driver ruined my experience by making his break during the delivery of my food, when it arrived, it smelled just like a cigarette and it annoyed me so much and I didn't even want to eat my dinner, but I cried and pressed my frustration and zach or zack he apologised me calm and made it right for me! I'm pregnant too, so sandwich meant so much for me. I am glad to know that they take care of so much I was refunded and able to come on Monday afternoon and get these sandwiches for a part 2! The staff is amazing! Accidents happen what you do after that is all that matters.

You make really good sandwiches. They have a lot of meat in them. They are also very fast. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great customer service.

I never had a bad experience here! Today I went in and I ordered a #1 and they accidentally gave me turkey instead of ham (no big thing) but I called them to let them know that they got it mixed and they asked me to get a replacement, but I couldn't because I was already at work and they really asked for the address and brought me a substitute sandwich and a cookie! I'll love Jimmy John's forever
