One of my top choices is the Shrimp Ceviche, which is anything but ordinary. Infused with hints of orange and mango, this dish is both refreshing and light, ideal for a summer day. Another favorite of mine is the Molcajete, a hidden gem not listed on the menu and meant for sharing between two. I guarantee you'll love it! And don't forget to try Rio's renowned Margaritas, the best in town. Make sure to visit Raul and Jose, who will happily recommend their favorites and treat you like a member of the family.

After hearing great things about this restaurant, we decided to stop in for lunch. We were not let down. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. Our only complaint is that we wish this place was closer to where we live!

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The food, atmosphere, and overall experience were top-notch. Even though we don't eat meat, they had delicious options and the chef was very attentive. The food at this restaurant was very tasty. I ordered the 'vegetarian enchiladas' with a (vegan) green sauce instead of the creamy spinach sauce. The enchiladas had the requested green sauce, but also had a drizzle of a creamier, greenish-white sauce on top. I believe there was a small amount of cheese in the enchiladas, even though it was not listed in the description. It is possible for the dish to be made vegan, but vegans should be clear when ordering to omit the creamy spinach sauce and cheese, or opt for the burrito instead. We sat outside on the patio, which was spacious and shaded, but the noise from the fast-moving traffic on Route 97, including large trucks, was a distraction.
