Qdoba Mexican Eats - Madison

I recently ordered Qdoba catering from this location for an event my husband and I were hosting. We selected steak, chicken, fajitas, and all the extras. I have always been impressed with the freshness of the food at Qdoba, but this catering experience was exceptional. The cashier, Tyler, and another worker, Mike, both went out of their way to ask if I needed any assistance, engage in pleasant conversation, and genuinely cared about my experience at their establishment. Their exceptional service made this visit special, and I am looking forward to my next visit.

Food was bland and tiny serving sizes. You always feel incredibly rushed when trying to order and can barely understand them because the music is so loud.

Everytime and I mean it, I order online an hour ahead to skip the wait. Once I arrive the food is never done. I politely ask the lady at the register about my food. She simply says it's being made. 10 mins passed as I watch walk ins get their ordersdone before mine. I asked again about my order. She says it's being worked on. 10 minutes passed again i asked trying to hold mytemper in as I seen countless walk in get their order done before mines. She says again it's being worked on. So I tested herwhat's the name of my order I that I ordered online? She doesn't know. What a joke this establishment has been. Not only thatI have met other people who had ordered online and complained about the same issues. Poorest quality service at its finest

I haven't visited this restaurant in a while, but it was a pleasant change. The service was excellent and the food was fresh, delicious, and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning soon.

I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant during the designated 10 minute pickup window. I ended up waiting for half an hour before my food was ready. The shift leader had to read my order multiple times and was the one to complete the final steps of preparation, appearing to be under the influence. I recommend going to a traditional Mexican restaurant for takeout for better quality and shorter wait times.
