Pizza Hut - Madison

I love pizza hat. Food is always good. I don't think I ever got food I wasn't satisfied with. And Jasper is the best manager who could ever hope pizza hat. Mikayla was my waitress today. She's very good at her job. And she always smiles and happy. She makes it an extra nice meal. It is always a better meal when you get a good service. Today I have a buffalo chicken pizza. It was very good.

Every employee had a smile on their face and seemed to work well with each other to get things done. It was a very busy time and it appeared that all customers left happy, having conversed with staff before leaving. My son is always happy to eat here and today was his Valentine wish. We had to bring a heart pizza ho.e to share the love with his sid.

The lunch buffet today was very disappointing. The bar only had pepperoni, cheese, and green peppers, with no other options available. The employees seemed uninterested in helping customers and even charged us extra for requesting something different. I used to give this restaurant more than 5 stars, but today I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I drove 45 minutes just to be let down.

I decided to give them another chance tonight at 6:30PM, and the exact same scenario played out. It's unclear what is happening at this location, but I would suggest that management conduct a surprise evening visit to address these issues.

I ordered cheesesticks last time, but received breadsticks instead. Additionally, my pizza was overcooked.
