Panera Bread - Madison

Came in 12/2 at 7pm, my girlfriend order a chicken salad sandwich which had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken, she pushed the few chicken to one half of the sandwich, ate that and said it still barely any chicken. Half her sandwich remained uneaten with justlettuce. Making sandwiches is easy especially when it?s all you do. It seems all the restaurants on this side of town have highschool workers with poor attitudes.

Order online 30min in advanced. Order was still 15min late. Was given the order without my drinks. When I asked my drinks the lady behind the counter just handed me a random coffee and walked away. It not only the incorrect coffee but was partiallydrank. And the chicken sandwich was burnt on the outside and cold and pink inside. I recommend going to a different Panera.

I swear to god if i could make it a zero star review i would. I orderd a french onion soup and it was the worst french onion soup ever and not even prepaired right. Not to mention for a place that sells a 7 dollar grilled cheese sandwich, they could useanything other then KRAFT american cheese. They also didn't have almost any bread, i mean really for place called panera BREAD.I was 5 seconds away from going back there to show him how to make actual french onion soup. DON'T GO HERE!!!!

Excellent Panera ! Clean, friendly and attentive stuff . Food was fresh and very quickly served

After a 20+ minute wait for Mac and cheese and soup. My Mac and cheese was cold when I asked if I could get it warm was pointed towards a dirty microwave that has a label that specifically said don 't put bowls in here. I asked about that and was told ohthat means be careful bowl gets hot . Panera used to be one of our favorite places. Avoid them now as they are too expensive forme long wait and cold, mediocre food.
