Domino's Pizza - Madison

The Domino's in Gluckstadt, MS, consistently serves the best pizza and provides excellent customer service. Our pizzas are always fresh and served hot.

I stopped by to place an order after picking my sister up from work, but the cashier informed me there would be a two-hour wait. No way! I recommend heading to the Domino's on 51 or, even better, Johnny's Pizza just down the road. This place was incredibly disorganized, especially considering it wasn't even busy. At the 51 location, you can see them efficiently handling multiple orders at once. They really need to hire a better crew.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. I placed an order and an hour later, it still wasn't ready. The manager seemed indifferent to the situation, while a group of about ten kids were laughing, playing, and not attending to their duties. The place desperately needs a manager who can instill some order. One staff member was particularly rude. It's disappointing that they don't seem to recognize that customers are the reason they have jobs; without our business, they wouldn't thrive. They even mentioned that the pizza tracker doesn't reflect what's happening in the restaurant, which adds to the frustration. It feels like there are too many young employees more interested in socializing than working. My recommendation would be to close the place until they can get things in order. After waiting for so long, I didn’t even receive an apology or a drink. I suggest looking for another restaurant until they improve their service.

Miserable experience waiting in the parking lot over 30 minutes. They said my pizza was ready but would never bring it out. Had my kid in the car and was trying to avoid going in. Went in and still couldn?t get my order. Not because it wasn?t ready butbecause they were so disorganized they couldn?t find even hand it to me. Plenty of employees working. Saturday night, but not*that* busy to justify. Outside still waiting.

I have tried ordering here multiple times and every single time has been an utter disappointment. they are so disrespectful, and simply do not care. they have hung up in my face. they have answered the phone, then immediately said bye and hung up. one timesaid it was going to be a 2 hour delivery time, then well past 2 hours, i called to check on it, and she said it was going to beanother 2 hours and instantly hung up. employees are very rude. do not recommend.
