Applebee's Grill - Madison

The food was fresh. The waitress made sure we were well looked after.

Waiter was really nice and respectable. I liked that he had his mask on while tending to us. Food was deliciously fresh and hot. The host/hostess could be a bit more friendlier in greeting the guests

If I could give no stars, I would. Sometimes I come to this location, but today was unacceptable. They were not busy today, and most of the workers were at the bar just chit chatting. I was seated promptly, and waited 20 minutes. No one came over to my table. I left, and came to Chili's which was my first mind anyways. Horrible, unprofessional service today.

I've had issues here before, but I thought I'd try again. I'm glad that I did because I saw some positive changes there this time. My server (Madison) greeted me almost before I sat down. I didn't have to wait long at all to get my food. The food was hot, and delicious! My server was very attentive during my time there, and I found myself lacking nothing the whole time during my visit. I saw the manager out, and about, keeping things in order as well. My experience here this time was a great improvement over past experiences, and I'm happy to have stopped by.

Omg our server Carrie was amazing. Never had to ask for anything because she already had it!! The food was great and the sharkbowl without alcohol was my favorite I will definitely be going back!!!!
