Big Boy - Madison Heights

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was incredible. I'm not sure why they removed "Bob" from their name, though.

I visited Big Boy for a birthday breakfast with my in-laws, and as always, the breakfast was delicious. Our server was fantastic. Thank you, Big Boy!

I wanted to share my experience at Big Boy yesterday, where I encountered an outstanding employee named Malena. She was incredibly nice and helpful, and her expertise in her role really shines through in her customer service. The food was fantastic, as always! I felt it was important to mention Malena from Madison Heights, as she truly made a positive impression on me. I can't praise her enough. If there's a way to recognize exceptional employees like her, please make sure it gets to the right people. It's important that you know about her!

The kids do their school fundraiser dinner here is nice that they do that is busy, but everyone is always very pleasant and do a fantastic job. I love all the waiting staff. I miss my regular soup and sandwich option earlier on the menu.

Had a great meal with my family and had a great server (Sammy) who was very fast and attentive. She went above and beyond to make my kids fell comfortable and listened to their silly stories! The food was great…I haven’t had a Slim Jim in forever and it did not disappoint!
