Pizza Hut Island Central Mactan

They always put Marinara sauce on all the pizza, even the chicken pesto pizza. White sauce is STANDARD on chicken pesto pizza. Other pizza hut branch understands this. But apparently not this one...

Ordered sa hotline nila. Been waiting for an hour just to learn na they haven't checked their computer..so we've been waiting for nothing! No wonder lesser na customers ninyo! No consideration and not customer friendly! Napasmo pami ninyo! Pag close nlng kaha mo????????

My family loves pizza hut.But this branch has Poor costumer service and management. Went inside we were waiting for 10-15mins no waiter is taking our orders and we just decided to go to adjacent resto. Gerrys grill. Tried also there delivery. Rider almost took 2 hours to arrived Coz he went to other place. No coordination. 3rd time tried again there delivery. Operator told 1 hour to arrived. But after 1 hour. I called again but the rider didn't leave yet. and the food is not yet prepared. I hope theres another branch of pizza hut in lapu lapu.

YES, if you will have their pizza for dine in. BUT if for delivery? A BIG NO! Hindi sya worth it, I SWEAR! MA BREAD SYA AT PURU HANGIN, KULANG KULANG SA TOPPINGS, PARANG TINITIPID, pagkagat mo parang kumakain kalang ng tinapay na may kunting lasa. ???? NAKAKADISMAYA LANG KASI PARATI KAMI NAG DA-DINE IN DITO WITH MY HUBBY, AND WITH MY MOM, and ordering our ultimate favorite pizza na STUFFED CRUST MOZZA,, okay lang sila pag dine in pero pag delivery sayang lang pera. Akala ko sa ibang pizza company lang yung ganyan pero pati pala Pizza Hut. Sayang talaga, nag order pa naman ako kanina ng marami (kahit hindi stuffed crust kasi hindi available yung mozza nila) para sa celebration ng 9TH ANNIV namin ng hubby ko ????. Walang consistency, dapat same quality yung food nila mapa dine in, take out or delivery! Won't order again for delivery. I swear.

We ordered but no one came. We followed up on the delivery and you guys said you will call us back immediately to inform the status. We waited for 2 hours but no one came and no one called us. Very poor service
