Wendy's - Macon

The wait can be a little longer than normal at times but the staff is very friendly taking the orders as well as ketogenic menu items made right and quickly.

It was good service was a little slow but the staff explained the menu to me verry well

I would give this a 0 but thats not possible so i give you a 1. never have honey mustard. rude employees. order wrong everytime. gave me regular nuggets when i asked for spicy.

This location is terrible. I was there and the drive thru was broken and no one bothered to tell the cars in line nor put up a sign. I asked for the manager and was told she was new and didn’t know her name.

The staff member I encountered at this restaurant was extremely unpleasant and rude for no apparent reason. It was disappointing to see people being loud and disrespectful to them when all they were trying to do was pick up an order. When I asked about the name of the order at the pick-up counter, the employee responded rudely, saying, "How should we know?" and then proceeded to throw the bag at me without even bothering to check the name on the order.
