Kfc - Macon

Descend to alissa at kentucky fried chicken on forsyth rd in macon! my daughter called, but no one answered. about a minute later my daughter cell rang and said kfc called (never had an almost food call back). alicia said: “Thanks for missing your call, how can I help you?” my daughter asked if it would be possible to order two 16 peice buckets today, and it was no problem at all. alicia had it ready for us in 15 minutes and we had no waiting time when we went on the trip thru. what a great customer service!

I was served raw chicken and half of my meal was missing. The staff was incredibly rude, and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

Tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time. It was actually pretty good. I also got a second meal for later, and the chicken needed to be fried a little longer. The biscuit was hard as a rock and inedible, but the sides were fine and filled to the top which I appreciate bc usually they are filled half way. It's generally a hit or miss experience at this location. I'm glad today was somewhat better than the other days.

The restaurant located at 4475 Forsyth St engages in unethical practices. The laws regarding false advertising are clear: the price advertised should be the final price paid, plus state taxes. During my recent visit, I ordered an 8 piece meal with two sides and 4 biscuits advertised for $24.00. However, when I went to pay, the clerk informed me that my bill was $28.93 before tax, totaling $30.00. When questioned about the discrepancy, the clerk falsely claimed it was because I ordered the meal instead of just the chicken for $17.00. I was also disappointed that they only had white meat available. The clerk then attempted to blame the cash register for the error. I would advise against eating at this establishment or any other businesses owned by these individuals. It is clear they are only looking to deceive and take advantage of unsuspecting customers.

Came here for a grilled chicken, 8 pieces family meal, but they didn't have grilled chicken. okay, cool. so I ask for crispy and they say that will. take them 15 minutes, and original takes 10 minutes. I'm asking for the original and they'll tell me I'm moving forward. I'll wait 20 minutes in my car until I get there. they tell me the original will not be ready for 15 minutes, but the crispy will be ready in 7 minutes. I don't care how it tastes at this point. I didn't have to wait so long, let alone come in to wait. I can't recommend this place based on my experience.
