I worry about customers with allergies given the baristas' apparent disregard for orders. Additionally, the attitude of the staff needs to change. If they made the drinks correctly the first time, there wouldn't be a need to return them. This isn't just a one-time issue; it's a daily occurrence. It would be beneficial for management to retrain their employees or address their attitudes.

The drive-thru service is typically a bit slow. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was around $10–20. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere also a 4.
I ordered a drink with no ice because ice isn't good for my medical issues. I'm very sensitive to carbonated drinks, and ice causes me severe headaches, which makes it unpleasant to enjoy my drink. When my order arrived, the cup was only half full—it was literally a grande drink served in a venti cup. It felt like I was missing half my drink. So, are you saying if I had ordered a drink with ice, half of it would have been ice? The staff said there was “nothing they could do,” but they could easily remake the drink. If I paid for a venti, I expect it to be full, not half-empty. It's frustrating to pay $7 for such a small amount. It was embarrassing for them to serve a drink that didn’t even fill the cup. They need to improve their service.
