Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is an unpretentious father and daughter run bistro style restaurant, located within the supermarket complex of Simply Market in the small town of Luneray. Don 't be put off by the location, as once inside, you would not know you were in a shopping environment. The chef, Francois Dubosq is a very talented cook. He genuinely understands food and is very passionate about the dishes that he produces. The home produced 'foie gras ' is the best that I have ever had! And at prices, well below those of most other restaurants. Rachel, his daughter, extends a very warm welcome to all guests (speaks English), and runs the restaurant with great energy and enthusiasm. Having once lived in the region, we have visited on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Try the 'entrecote ' steak with pepper sauce or the slow cooked leg of duck. My mouth is watering at the very thought! The venue used to be our 'pocket conscious ' end of the week, eating out treat! The restaurant is very busy at lunch time (6 days a week closed on Sunday) serving a set four course lunch for around 12 euro. It is only open on a Friday and Saturday evening, so if your visit coincides, I strongly recommend a visit.
Obviously they have a primo location with Duquesne University as well as PPG Arena being right thereHowever, the food is lacking.
Event @ Consol/PPG they had plenty of wait staff to handle the influx of people On non-event days $5 off parking voucher given to customers.
Very clean family run establishment. If you want a simple plat du jour 8 euro, or a menu complete this is your place. I shouldn't have ordered dessert but best crime brûlée ever
