Subway - Luling

I wish I didn’t have to leave one star. The staff hasn’t been trained properly. Customer service is rude and they will charge you extra for every topping you put on it. Never been charged for lettuce before until I came to this store. Bread tasted old not fresh like subway I have been to normally tastes. Asked for the manager and he was rude, did not fix them charging me for the lettuce and other toppings. He said it was their policy. Go to the subway on highway 90 it is 10x better than this place. Someone must be desperate or low on time to have to eat here.

Stopped by at 515 pm on 10/10/23. Upon attempting to open the door a rude lady slammed it back and loudly said we're closed. They usually close at 7pm.

0 stars!!! Worst professionalism I've ever experienced in a food service establishment. This place needs a serious upgrade to their staff and business sense because it's clear they have none. Rude to customers, other staff (visibly in front of us customers), and clearly do not care about anyone but themselves. Save yourself and don't go here!!!! Also where's the health inspector? Someone needs to send someone their way asap.

Always a pleasure dining here. Store manager Barry and crew have always been great with service and time!

I stopped by this subway today 3/8/2022. The sandwich maker (as pathetic as it sounds) had the audacity to speak to me in a rude manner. I left the store without ordering anything bc of the horrible customer service and when I called the store to speak to the manager or owner he was just as rude. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN! I don’t suggest anyone to stop here either!!! Horrible customer service and racist workers as well, but what’s to be expected when it’s in a racist area.
