Last week, after my third and last attempt to make noodles fail, I got noodles from the noodle accounter again. Unfortunately, it is always a bit difficult to get there, as there are few parking spaces nearby. But such a small walk through the beautiful Lüneburg is also not bad. The small store offers various types of pasta and even with different fillings, such as spinach or fresh cheese. My favorite is the ravioli with spinach. Just delicious, but not very cheap. 100Gramm therefore costs the 2€ and for a four-headed family this is an expensive company. Nevertheless, the noodles simply taste divine, even without sauce, which can also be preserved there. Every day, noodles and sauces are freshly produced and so you don't have to worry about old goods for expensive money. There are also delicious antipasti from own production, Italian fine food and a daily cheaper lunch table. The Nudelkontor is open daily from 7 am to 6 pm. Except Saturday, the business is at 3:00. In the morning you can take a real Italian espresso on the way to work. The Nudelaccounter also has a delivery service. If I find it really good, I can have delivered the delicious noodles firmly and ready and hot at home for a small supplement. And whoever this is not enough, he can also assemble and deliver a delicious buffet from the noodle accounter. With very great appetizers, desserts and of course main dishes. What else do you want?

Best Ravioli I have eaten so far. Very friendly staff and the torment of choice with such a good selection of noodles. Worth a visit!
