Mr-sub - Luebeck

For the first visit there are unfortunately only 2 stars ABER there is a 2. Chance! The new opening and the associated start-up difficulties you notice... In the new feed zone in Citti Park you will find Mr. Sub. Modern, smooth furniture, green dominates, typical slightly uncomfortable department store lighting but it works clean and the boss? very hard. The staff, on the other hand, were rather stressed, although not sooo many customers were to supply... The selection is not bad and prices are comparable to other providers of this type. You can order both Subs and Subs at the Tresen Sandwiches, salads, wraps and falaffel are offered here. We chose the Falaffel Box this consists of 4 small falaffel balls, potato corners and salad...to choose one of the many sauces. For 4,99€ there was a good portion in front of us, which is quite rich! We found that everything was in a bowl and the sauce was completely poured over everything. Thus, the potato corners were thoroughly softened within a short time, the salad warm and that tastes the really good taste! Also at the Falaffel balls went a little something wrong they tasted good but were just lukewarm and just soft.... When we brought the plates back, the boss looked at us asking Was that good or not so good? worried he saw the plates were not empty. Since we hardly had time, we briefly described what the problem was and he apologised sincerely...and said we could get 2 portions next time at the price of one. We don't think he remembers it...but he tried and explained what was wrong with the falaffel they wanted to hurry and shortened the time.
