Very recommended for those who want to try something exciting and fun in Lubbock.

The food was served warm. Tables are too close together group next to us were loud and we couldn't talk.

After more than 30 5-star reviews I left for SkyViews, and after 20 years of going there for dinner series and lunch buffets alike, this is my first poor review. The French Dinner on April 19, 2023 was extremely poor. The prime rib cost $22, but you can get much better ones at Golden Coral for a few bucks. The server was Kate, and she took our orders timely, but did not ask us how we wanted the prime ribs cooked, just showed up with 6 portions of prime rib (10 oz each) that seemed old and stale, and quite chewy. They were not pink in the middle, they were overcooked and cold ... and they did not taste fresh. For the money paid, this was not a good value. The brochette was shrimp in bacon, that had nothing to do with any French cuisine. Paid about $222 in total. Kate was not very friendly. She asked us about deserts when we barely started the main dish. She seemed to be in a hurry. She did not ask if we liked the food. We were in at 5:30 and left at 6:25 with slight indigestion from the lack of hospitality and the cold meats. The place was packed and it seems like we were industrially fed and put on an animal-like battery to get in and get out fast. We did not feel welcome. What was even more unpleasant, this dinner was a personally paid one for 3 speakers at TTU (conference and colloquium quests). It was not covered by the department and the price paid for the value was very high. I will go ahead and cancel the last dinner in this series, from April 26, 2023. Hopefully, the next semester will bring better food experiences, and better trained servers.

I brought 3 people, including one that was an award winner for the quarter, for a recognition lunch. The food was great, the noise level was very low so we were able to hear and talk to each other easily, and the service was excellent. I will definitely consider doing this again to celebrate my award winners.

Wow, not only was the service quick and respectful, this is exactly what I was hoping for. The entire vibe felt fancy even though the food wasn't overpriced. The portion was perfect, I left full (I had the soup, steak, and cake with flower! and happy. Every single bite I put in my mouth was flavorful (though I could have used more beef in my soup it still tasted good . You guys do need sweet tea, however The tea (unsweetened was perfectly brewed it didn't taste burned and it didn't taste like water. Our server was polite and easy to talk to, she let us know possible allergens which my wife appreciated!
