Mcdonald's - Lubbock

I was real satisfied when I went to go eat I went through dining excellent service manager was on point very satisfied customer hours fries were just perfectly perfectly crispy delicious hot fresh Burger was on point and oh I forgot to mention the frappe I had and the cappuccino the cappuccino was excellent I just fell in love with it. The crew there did amazing job I really want to give compliment to the manager.

The staff is friendly and provides good service quickly in a clean environment. The only issue is that the restaurant should focus on making the customers feel comfortable and cared for during their visit. Additionally, other workers should greet guests and show genuine interest in their well-being to make them feel valued. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try.

McDonald's continues to offer great value despite increasing food prices. I am rarely disappointed.

The staff was very courteous and the chicken nuggets were juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries were fresh and hot, and overall the meal was very enjoyable.

Great McDonald's. Very clean. Customer Service is excellent. The last time I was there the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
