Burger King - Lubbock

I ordered the 2 for 5 option with a big king and a quarter peter. the great king had a fleshpatty and a tonne of the sauce. that was all in the bungalows. this burger should be 2 meat patents and 2 slices of cheese. I don't expect much at burger king, but I called anyway and they told me that I should come back to them for a great king at the earliest. I drove further when I had to come back. When I arrived, they told me that my name was not on their list and they couldn't give me the burger I said to come back and pick up. I will not be back to this place. they were also very short employees, so I waited about 15 minutes, just to tell these informations.

Order only one burger and had to wait on the trip for about 20 min. eating was good, but not coming here when I'm in a hurry.

The food was very cold and soggy. I'm not going to visit a burger king soon after this experience.

Burger king in my book will quickly become a thing of pastness. order a simple breakfast and the cookies burned and dried. I took the food on the front and they said they were out of cookies. the girl had an attitude from the hell. she said to wait until she was busy. not sure why I didn't bring all that food forward and reclaimed my money. Maybe I was shopping for a car and didn't want to start my day messed up. burger king must get her act together, the people have always sucked at this particular place, not sure why. the chef came to apologize after we ate the replacement, which is why I give them a star. otherwise it wouldn't be staring. they have to close this place. the people just don't want to work anymore, they show and take it on the customers. If you ask, I didn't go away without expressing my contempt, not that it made them different.

Pulled up at the drive thru at around 11:30a. It didn't appear to be busy as I was the only one in the drive thru. I waited to speak to someone to take my order before I pulled up to the window. Was told after waiting 5 minutes welcome to burger king, I'll be right with you Continued to wait another 5 minutes before I pulled out of there. As im leaving, I heard and saw an employee stick her head out of the window saying sonic as if I had changed my mind to get a burger somewhere else. Found it quite comical really.
