Mcdonalds - Loulé

We had to eat quickly before we go somewhere in the evening. We parked easily in the parking lot and cared in. It is always busy and today was no exception. Service is a bit haphazard, but the food is freshly cooked and served piping hot. Common Mcdonald's farewell, but no complaints.

Called for a quick lunch so decided to use the self serve machine to save time. How wrong was I. Machine wasn’t too bad but I opted to pay at counter. Stood for ages trying to catch the eye of a member of staff who all appeared to be busy serving no one. Eventually I held out my ticket to a man who appeared to be the Manager as he had a shirt on rather than a t.shirt. He never even made eye contact done my drinks, then eventually the burgers. Then .. nothing. No apology for the delay in fries or anything. I waited and waited, burgers going cold, waiting and waiting. He then got the fries, put them on the tray and said nothing. We had sundaes to follow so we had the same performance again. Worst one we’ve been to staff just rude. Toilet bad too, need code to get in and it was dirty.

As above. The restaurant was very busy and quite crowded but our only reason for dropping in was to get a shake. We ended up with a sundae.

Edwin A I believed you until you said Villamoura was beautiful. Lol. Michelin starred mackeedees are hard to come by. They never get the recognition they truly deserve. If you got charged twice you obviously didn't have a happy meal. It's a shame as you would probably have enjoyed the toy.
