Varanese - Louisville

Their customer care stinks. While the service and food (eventually) was good their treatment of customers isn't. After spilling the entrée on me, they acted as if that was my fault. The manager did not come to check on us until much later and when he did he had the idea the spill was my fault. No offer to comp desert and no real apology.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, the service is attentive yet relaxed. The wine selection and cocktails are well-curated. The indoor-outdoor seating area is welcoming and often hosts live music...

This is the best restaurant I have visited in Louisville. The service, atmosphere, speed of service, and food were all excellent! I can't wait to return.

The salmon on cream cheese grits was out of this world- great place to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary!!!!
