Couldn’t even try the food because no one came to greet anyone in the front. Stood there for 15 minutes unacknowledged before leaving to go somewhere else.

The poor workers were short handed they tried keeping up but could not, but they did try, And there was a lot of stress on the workers.

Had an order to be picked up yesterday and when I got to work to eat, I learned it wasn’t what was asked for. While it’s easy just to point out the experiences that are a little off, Rose and her staff deserve to be applauded for making it right, from offering to deliver the food which was turned down due to not wanting to inconvenience her staff to replacing it the next day. Everytime I’ve ordered here, the interaction with her staff has always been positive and they’ve done everything to accommodate what is asked for. They’ve got a good staff. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a Jr Beef Burrito, double rice, no beans. Well the server got it wrong, and when I sent it back, she brought the plate back with the beans still on it and said she said you can keep the beans and just gave you a free side of rice . That 's NOT what I ordered. I literally had to scrape the beans off the plate and add the rice myself. Not only did you get the order wrong, you didn 't even feel it necessary to correct it yourself. Todays visit would have gotten a ZERO if the option was there.

The food was not very good. At best mediocre. I had the steak fajita tacos and the steak was poor quality and taste. If I would have walked into the bathroom before eating there I would have turned around. The restrooms were disgusting and it smelled like sewage or some type of sulfur leak with the toilets(not properly sealed)
