Przekaż informację zwrotnąHad a 25 min wait beefier being seated, but that was fine do to the large number of ppl in Louisville due to the NCAA tournament. But the server we had was terrible. He wasn't engaging at all, just said his name grabbed the drinks and dipped. Came back 6 mins later to get the order and that's pretty much the last time we seen him the entire time my family and I was there. Of course until it was time to give the check, then it was like he was hovering. Where was that service the whole time! I get it, we're not the only table u have but I witnessed other servers smile engage wit their tables and full of energy. And if they weren't, they did a great job of putting on a work face. The food was okay, but overall experience was lack luster and a waste of money
Nice sports atmosphere. It was clean. The food came promptly, it was hot, cooked as ordered and great flavor. Our server was good. They told us we had a 1 hour wait when we arrived but, they seated us in about 30 minutes. We will go back.
Let me start by saying our waitress wasn't the friendliest person in the world so that could make for not such a great experience at any restaurant. The food was ok, not bad but not that great. I would eat here again but it just wouldn't be my first choice. I give Rafferty's my rating of 3 crown's
I loved this place!! Our server was excellent and on point. The food was awesome! I had the club sandwich which was huge worth every penny!! Other staff were friendly as well. Awesome customer service! Awesome food! Definitely returning to eat here in the future!
Hello. Writing a review because corporate couldn’t take a complaint due to someone being out of the office. My issue is with the customer service i received today from a lady named Flo. I placed a Togo order over the phone asked for two specific items on my lunch break which were a club sandwich and soup. I asked her for the price of the two items and she told me the price, also told me the soup would be at a up charge. I changed my order due to it being out of my price range for a lunch meal. (I stick to my budget on my lunch breaks) I get to the location and I immediately grab a to go menu for the future. In LARGE writing I notice a lunch duo at a discounted rate. The two items I wanted were on the duo. I asked the lady Flo how come she didn’t suggest this duo when I asked about it and she responded “I don’t have time to go over the menu with you, I am very busy” First of all that is very rude and very dismissive to the customer. It is your job to suggest things if it makes more sense to the customer. I could even understand if she said “my apologies I forgot all about that duo” instead she was just rude. I settled for a meal that i really didn’t even want and the chicken fingers ended up being cold. Very disappointed. Please do better raffertys!
