Lola Cocina de Mercado - Los Mochis

Beautiful upscale restaurant with a relaxed setting. I have gedminated here several times, but only for breakfast; I guess lunch and dinner are equally satisfied. Enjoy a relaxing Desayuno roof on a cool sunny Los Mochis morning is hard to beat!

Recently in Los Mochis across from Cabo and on the Sea of Cortez for serious dental work, we stayed across a parking lot from Lola, and ended up eating there numerous times. Great service, an Acai Bowl to die for, especially with a painful mouth, great local, fresh beers, full bar, wonderful coffee and a fresh, well prepared menu overall. I'll be back in November for part two and we'll be at Lola as often as we can.

We returned to Lola Cocina for dinner! Since it was over 90 degrees F outside, we ate inside. The lasagna was delicious, like the salad. We were a little disappointed at the lack of blueberries (arandano, which was one of the fruit ingredients on the menu. Perplexed also in the missing selection of drinks. For example, while there were 3 dark beers on the menu, this time was not in stock. One is available throughout North America and is even offered in the design in Mazatlan, so it can not be so difficult to keep some on hand. (We have the last bottle of dark at Lola’s during our February visit. Even some of the special beers seemed to be available only in the light version. All their foods are delicious and fresh and we hope they improve the availability of various beers in stock. Overall, the restaurant was on Pricy. One word for those with handicaps the toilets are on the second floor, reaching a staircase. (The toilets at the IBIS Hotel are a short distance over the parking lot.

Enjoyed dinner last night so much we back to breakfast on her roof. Great breakfast and the 72-degree ambiance was a pleasant opportunity to start the day. Both visits were attentive. When my minimal Spanish wasn't enough, google translate worked well. The picture is from Avocado Toast and we also had their French Toast Classico, which came with ripe fruits. The French press coffee was delicious. Decaffeinated coffee is available. I'd rather have less volume on music, but we could still communicate.

The service was excellent the food was good. I loved the cinnamon roll and the fruits with yogurt. A great place to choose with many options. Very recommended.
