I really hate to give only 2 stars, but I was just not impressed by this place. It's new. They definitely need to work on a few things, you know work out the flow of the place. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. No music is pumped in to give nice background noise. You do have the option to pay for music from a device on a wall in the back, however the volume is so loud, you can't hear normal conversation at your own table when it does come on. The pizza... very disappointing. See pic below. I wanted to like this place since it is close to home, but we will wait until they find their niche. Pros: open until midnight, brews on tap, 1 pool table, and many TVs.
I came to Mother's Day to grab a pizza before visiting my wife at Good Samaritan. It was a bit slow, but the owner Mike and bartender Brea came out to introduce themselves. They asked if it was my first time there and if I was a local (which I am not). I explained that my wife was in the hospital, and they shared their own similar experiences and sympathized with my situation. The pizza was good, but what really stood out was the conversation I had with Brea and Mike. Their excellent customer service and genuine empathy made me feel valued, and I will definitely be returning because of it. I appreciate the connection we had and the care they showed.
This is the top spot in the city for a family-friendly bar and restaurant.
The restaurant offers fantastic service and an impressive variety of craft beers, especially considering its small size. Compared to other places, the beer selection here is exceptional. In addition, the food is also delicious.
