Burger King - Los Banos, Laguna

Cashier was super helpful, and friendly, service was fast, restaurant was clean, quiet.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they had these touch screen games on tables for free you could play and they gave my kids free little mini cones and ?

Went in through drive through. Service and food were great. Staff friendly.

I went to the Los Banos Burger King and they used to have a sign on the front of the building and at the drive thru section that stated SAVE YOUR COUPONS THEY NEVER EXPIRE so I made it a point to collect and save all mine and anyone elses Burger King coupons and I would also go into the restaurant and get some from the cashier 's. That all being said I go to use my coupons and I get told that my coupons are no good and they won 't honor them. I told them that the sign they had up a while back said to SAVE YOUR COUPONS THEY NEVER EXPIRE I told them that I even took a picture of the sign on their building. They still denied my coupons and basically wasted all that time all those days collecting BURGER KING coupons. They clearly did false advertising and lied on their big sign. I was a huge fan of BURGER KING for many many years but I probably won 't be coming back that much anymore.

I don’t know who you guys are penny pinching for but if I order 2 for 5$ I want what I order not what you want to dictate i ordered two whoopers and two classics no to jr classics and two whopper jr what the hell did I pay for kids meal burgers you guys didn’t even own the company so why would you do that. Stop penny pinching and give out what people pay for.

Order my food,, got up too window,, the order was not there ,, had to reorder,, other 10 mins ,, then the lady ,had attitude to me ,, I told her it's not my problem ,it's your order machine ,,I was at drive thru for 25 plus minutes ,, then I got my food,was cold , I will never got back even if it's free for year .
