Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Banos

If I could out no stars I would. The worse experience I had at a Chipotle. Ordered food online said it would be ready around 745pm. I asked how long will it take they said it will be 15-20 mins because on orders backed up. I understand that but after waiting 30 mins I asked again and they said 15-20 mins again. I told them I waited 30 mins the last time they said that. But I waited again and still my food wasn't ready. I counted at least 50 to 60 people came in and ordered before I even got my food. You had employees on the main line have no one in line and just standing there when they could be helping out the online orders. Once I got my food I checked it and my whole order was wrong and way under portioned for what I'm paying them for. One I ordered extra chicken and usually I always see the extra chicken but when I opened it. They were hardly any in my bowl. Another one looked like it was going to feed a bird instead of an adult. Pictures added as proof. THIS CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO CLOSE, REGROUP, AND PRACTICE MORE.

This was one of the cleanest chipotles I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in making our burrito bowls. We will definitely be coming back here in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I appreciate your restrooms being very clean and you cleaning every bit of the restaurant religiously. When there were no customers or only a handful of customers or no orders currently being placed the staff constantly kept cleaning. This goes to show that they are on their feet and active about the cleanliness.

Went here for lunch and had the bowl, a little pricey and the steak was cold and dry. The place was busy for lunch and the staff was busy and not so friendly. Will try again but not at lunch time. I didn't see their secret menu that other Chipotles have.

They have a mobile order pick up drive lane, they could add extra business if it also allowed you to place orders. But as long as I have my phone, I?m good

Location alone is great, conveniently located between 2 major coffee shops as for my understanding on my multiple visits a lot of the business this Location gets is from people who are heading to the central valley or to the coast. This Location has parking in the back just don't get stuck in your parking spot by the coffee shops drive through traffic. Can't go wrong with Chipotle they have simple options and most of them offer for the most part the same great food. Come on over and create your own experience and write your own review...
