Sushi Ye - Los Angeles

This place is actually really get value! Run by a couple, super sweet! I came at opening 430 bc I was nearby and hungry. This satiated my hunger HUGE pieces of fish. I got the assorted sushi and they were delicious and majorly fresh and cheap for 10 huge pieces. Totally recommend. BYOB they have wine openers and stuff but don't serve alcoholSuper sweet, lovely and delicious!

Small place that serves decent sushi and quiet ambiance in a not so fancy and pretentious kinda way. The seating capacity here is limited. Only about 6 tables and 3 to 4 seats at the bar. That's it. No alcoholic license. You can BYOB but the owner doesn't really like it as alcohol encourages overstaying (doesn't encourage turnover). Parking is free and plenty. No valets to deal with. They don't have fancy waitresses and waiter. It's run by an older couple. No other servers. Sushi is good. Not fantastic but very fresh and perfectly serviceable. No reservations. Just go here and wait. The menu is somewhat limited. No other Japanese food but sushi variety. No udon. No sukiyaki or teriyaki variety. So long as what you want is sushi, this place will serve you well. Oh and the largest table can accommodate about 6 people.

I've been coming here for 10 years and am currently graduating college. I grew up with this place and best sushi by far in LA in terms of quality of fish and portion. The couple that own the place is genuinely so kind and are so generous. Definitely recommend!!!

24 pcs chef's choice is such a good value. Every single piece is fresh and big. There's double uni on the nigiri is so good! I love the soy shrimp as well. The restaurant feels cozy and like a home!!!

Best sushi in LA really.But always check their working hours, they have a lot of brakes
