The drive-thru took a long time and our order was incorrect. If the girl working at the window had interacted with customers instead of chatting with her coworkers, the service could have been much improved.
I went to this restaurant today to try the new double cheesy burrito advertised on the Taco Bell website for $2, but when I got there, they were charging $2.99 each. This didn't make any sense to me, so I naturally complained to the older Hispanic lady working there. She explained that they are not actually a Taco Bell, but are connected to KFC. I was surprised by this information and didn't even know how to respond.
The food tasted good, but if you're planning to order delivery from this restaurant or another food service, be cautious about adding cookies to your order. Our family received a delivery that was missing 10 cookies, so we placed another order with just cookies and they still managed to mess it up. We found it funny, but we were grateful that the restaurant refunded our delivery.
So bad customer service.Waited a hour for my food and they still got it wrong plus it was cold.The guy in the front charges you extra items. They end up not even giving you the extra items they charged you.Also, found a hair in my sandwich.
(This is a kfc/Taco Bell) Came here tonight 4/22/22 at around 10:30pm and ordered 3 quesadillas 2 Doritos locos tacos and nacho fries and I got home to find out they only gave me my quesadillas so they basically stole 10$ from me I’ll never get back. Tried calling store phone number 5 times and no answer. Really bad store management and employee competence. Check your bags because the employees don’t ?
