Frankie's On Melrose - Los Angeles

Frankie's was wonderful! Old school New York style Italian joint where you expect you might see Frank and Dean at the bar. The fried calamari was fantastic, the salads were fresh and tasty, the lasagna was absolutely delicious, the homemade bread was addictive. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we even got a visit from Frankie himself. When the owner of the joint comes to your table to chat and welcome you and make sure you're happy, you know it's a great spot. We're out of towners, but my father in law who lives here says Frankie's is going on his list of places to go for sure!

If you really like Italian food. This is the place with great service and people.

The service was great the food was delicious we started off w calamari then had our main dishes fettuccine alfredo and cheese ravioli the sauces were amazing and my martini was mmm

Here to celebrate my birthday with friends and chose Frankie's for dinner because the reviews were so great. They were right! The waiters who served me and my friends were fantastic! They were so accommodating to our picky alterations and even served us several rounds of shots on the house. After learning we were there for my birthday, they sang and brought cake. The whole experience was top notch and we'll definitely come back next time we're in LA.
