Commerson Restaurant - Los Angeles

The restaurant experienced delays in the kitchen causing us to wait longer than usual for our food. However, our waitress was very accommodating and removed a few items from our bill. She also assured us that if we were to return, there would not be a repeat of the situation. Overall, we were satisfied with the service.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic - friendly and quick! The food is delicious and priced well. A great bonus is that they offer 2 hours of validated parking.

Food was delicious. Highly recommend the scallops, branzino, short rib and Brussel sprouts. Nice server, easy parking. Great spot close to LACMA.

The cheese plate was borderline inedible and the ceviche tasted off. The fish may have gone bad. Not sure. We were going to have an entire meal here but decided to cut bait. We paid $100 for our cheese, ceviche, and 3 drinks (2 cocktails and 1 mocktail . We left and finished our dinner at Republique. It was sad because it's so close to our house, but at this moment in time, in this town, in this area, and at these prices, they really need to step it up. Lastly, 80% of their seating doesn't have backs on the chairs. Republique is similar (65%? , but we're willing to suffer it out for the quality of food.
