This place has the worst customer service. The employees allowed this homeless man to ask customers for money while they were eating and just watched him. It's unfortunate that the man was homeless but he has a really bad smell and walked right up to me while I was eating. The bar tender was treating me like I didn't some wrong so me and my husband wanted a refund but they gave us a hard time and treated us like trash. Not good business and we will never attend this place again.

My company recently hosted an event at the LA Live location in their private lounge, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! I coordinated the entire event with Alyssa Kite, the Event Sales Manager, and she was so great to work with! very friendly and easy to work with. She accommodated us when we wanted to do a quick walk through on short notice, and that made a world of difference to the partners I was with. The day of our event was the day after Kobe Bryant passed, and when I called Alyssa to find out if there were any road blocks, etc, she said there wasn't at the time, but would call and let me know if anything changed. She was even willing to push our party back by 30 minutes to allow all of our guests additional time to arrive since we anticipated a large number of people in the area. Fortunately, we didn't end up needing the extra time, but that was extremely thoughtful of her! The night of, Alyssa introduced me to Nathalia and the team that was assisting us for the night. Nathalia and her team were also very friendly and made sure all of our guests were happy! They quickly replenished all our food stations and ensured everyone had drinks in hand as quickly as possible. The private lounge was perfect for our party and I would definitely recommend hosting an event here!

Although my friends and I can't visit right now, this place is a blast! We had reserved a bowling lane, and when we arrived, it was all set up for us. I really love the color scheme here, which you can see in the photos. While it is a bowling alley, it has a unique vibe compared to typical ones. The food options are definitely upscale. We ordered hot wings, fries, and margherita pizza, all of which were delicious. Overall, we had a great experience. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the prices per person are somewhat on the high side, and there's also an extra charge for dining. I'm sure there are other bowling alleys that offer similar enjoyment, but I recommend trying this one at least once to see if it’s worth the cost for you.
