The Shipyards - Lorain

This is my favorite spot to go in all of Lorain. Seems to be really underrated, I don't often see people hyping it up. If your reading this, go. If I'm wrong and you hate it hmu and I'll refund you myself.

Very busy Friday night, our waiter Matt was great! The fish dinners were a big hit! My turkey reuben dissapointing.

I am a proud supporter of all local restaurant's. I give restaurants the benefit of the doubt. I have dined there four plus times expecting it to be a different experience. I've had the same experience each time. It is a beautiful restaurant, great location and the staff is wonderful, however the food awful. Each time I ordered something it is just awful, and the drinks are disgusting. I really hope you reevaluate this restaurant and monitor the food that is going out to customers. I am writing this review with all honesty and no harmful intent whatsoever. Please take this as constructive critism. You want to have long-term relationship with your customers in order to do this it starts with rating reviews. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Food was mediocre and came out in a timely manner. The service not so great, everyone with the exception of the bartender looked lethargic, everyone moved the same speed… slow, our server didn’t really understand her job or is just bad at it. Dessert was garbage peanut butter cake and blueberry cheesecake just awful, looked and tasted as if they thawed it out and threw it on a plate.
