This McDonalds manager should go back to school. I ordered, McChicken, Bacon McDouble fries.I drove to Curbside 1 and placed the order with McDonalds app for. After about 5 minutes wait worker came over and asked what i am waiting for, i said that i am waiting for my order i placed on the app. After another 5 minutes manager came outside asking what did i ordered. I told her what i ordered. She asked me for some sort of code which app supposed to give me, however i did not got a code but i told her that i have receipt which i have in my email. and that is the only confirmation i have about my order, she insisted on that code from my app.I explained her again that i don't have code and tried to explain her that the receipt is my proof of purchase and if he does not like that then i don't know what to do.She said again that she needs a code... So I said so what should i do now? She said that i have to wait until i will get a code and she left. I did not had any more time to wait so i drove away.After that i called McDonald's phone number and spoke with some lady because i need a refund. She wrote down all details and told me that i will get a refund and a call back from someone. It happened 10 days ago and i did not get my refund or any call back.

Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and with enthusiasm. They were in the process of preparing the customer’s order, and I was impressed by how well they worked together as a team. The manager took the time to double-check the order for accuracy. Once everything was confirmed to be correct, she carefully stacked the two bags to ensure the customer’s safety and verified the order number with me before handing it over. I truly appreciated their professionalism and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
The person at the register was incredibly unfriendly. I ordered a large Coke, but he must not have been paying attention because I received a medium instead. When I tried to sit down, I found that their dining room was entirely closed, while most other restaurants have at least some seating available if you prefer not to eat in your car. I won't be coming back.
I've visited McDonald's multiple times, and I've noticed that the service between 9 PM and 1 AM is quite poor. I've ended up with an undercooked burger four times, and they've claimed that my order was for a large size when I had actually asked for a medium. I understand that they might be short-staffed with only two people working, but this situation could lead to someone getting sick.
