Ramen Saikou - Longview

I've passed by Ramen Saikou numerous times and never stopped because there weren't many cars, leading me to believe it wasn't worth it. Wow, was I wrong! This place is top-notch! The food was truly outstanding. We tried the pork belly ramen and the brisket ramen, and they were incredible! If you're in search of the best pork egg rolls on the planet, this is the spot for you! If you haven't been yet, do yourself a favor and visit as soon as you can!

This place has been consistently great every time I've eaten here. I'm glad to finally have a solid option for authentic ramen in Longview.

Delicious! I recently relocated to the area from Dallas, which has some fantastic restaurants, but this place reminds me a lot of those in Dallas. I was really impressed by the flavors and quality of the ramen.

The best hidden gem in Longview, and without a doubt the BEST ramen I’ve ever tasted—believe me, that's saying a lot! You have to try this place; everything is homemade and incredibly flavorful. Overall, I give it a 5 for food, 5 for service, and 5 for atmosphere!
