One being 2 croissant sandwiches and a small hashbrown and the other being 2 breakfast burritos and a croissant sandwich with app codes for both. Got to the window and the worker then started being rude. When he was told you dont have to be rude and disrespectful to the customer when we werent being rude to him, he said its not my fault your order was confusing. We asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, we then asked who the gm was he then told us it was none of our damn business. I have worked in customer service and never in my life would i treat a customer the way he did. I wont be back to this location.
I got a chicken sandwich here and it was crazy how many things were wrong with it. First, I asked for no mayo on the sandwich and for some odd reason they added it. Which I would’ve been ok with but the mayo was EXPIRED. Second, the bread, which is very visible when wrapping up, had mold on it. MOLD. How do you not notice that? No one seems to be paying attention to the products or they just don’t care. Either way hard pass at this location.
Paid 38.00 for three meals and after waiting at the counter for five minutes to get the second cup the guy wearing a headset tells me that I didn't order one as a meal. He said that I would have to pay an extra 3.50 for another drink. I told him that we ordered two meals and one kids meal and he continued to disagree. So I paid the extra money and he gave me the cup. I then told him that if he just listened this would not have happened and that me paying extra was his fault. My wife was trying to use the self serve ice/drink machine as I turned to it with my cup in hand. She informed me that the machine was not dispensing ice so I turned back to the guy wearing the headset and asked him for some ice. He just turned and walked away. So I said excuse me the ice machine isn't working can I get some?.... .... Excuse me? He looked back and I yelled at him that the ice machine was broken and can I have some ice in case he was distracted by the drive thru) he continued to ignore me. At least two other people in the back saw me and heard me yet they ignored me also. So now I screamed so I could get a manager because I was mad at the service and he came out and asked me to ask for ice nicely to which I said I have several times. He repeated himself and I said no so he kicked me out of the store and said he was calling the police. He refused to give me money back also. At that time I had a kids meal with a box of juice a Texas whopper meal with onion rings a whopper with cheese meal with onion rings and two empty cups that I paid 41.00 for. I was so mad I told him that I would wait for the cops but instead went to the other store in town and told them the situation and they gave me two drinks with ice. That manager never gave me their name or anything. I want to see him fired over ice and the worst customer service experience ever. They even got the order wrong.
Sign says, Excepting cards and exact change only. (Their spelling, not mine) If they can 't use spell-check or plan for their basic business needs, I 'm not going to assume they know how to read sanitation standards or care enough to follow them. The way you run a business is a direct indicator of how your entire business is run, from employment standards to cleanliness.
Ordered a big fish sandwich due to religious reasons. Long wait for anything. Plus they are put out by customs complaining about wrong orders. Tells me to pull forward when there is a car 18 inches in front of my bumper.. This crew needs a change up!!
