We were in a large group, and never received our meal after 3 hours of waiting.Servers stopped coming by after 2 hours,

Pacini’s policy is the issue this time! At noon hour we share a pizza because an entire one is too much food but the policy dictates that only one of us can go to the bread bar and we can’t share it with the other one! An additional fee of $4 is charged if we do!! We were warned ahead of time!Terrible policy!!

Mostly, I want to praise our waitress’s services. Her name is Audrey and she was dynamic and very thoughtful. It makes for a positive experience.
