Runza - Longmont

I will never go to this place again. I only got 1/2 my order when I went through the drive thru and noticed that I was missing 1/2 of it when I got home. I called the store back and the manager was rude and said there was nothing he could do about it. The teenagers that work the drive thru are incompetent and immature. This place should not be in business anymore for the way they treated me.

Paid $13.79 for a Swiss mushroom burger combo. Frings were good, but the burger was tiny, smushed, and not even one single mushroom on it. I opened it completely to search thinking surely there must be at least one...nope. Just a small patty, bun, and cheese, worth about $5 max.

I was in the drive through on 10/2/23 at the Longmont CO store. When I got to the window, I was asked if I ordered a chocolate cone. I ordered mushroom burger meal. I was told the employee didn’t hear me. My burger was made, I didn’t receive my fries. The burger was lukewarm and not the usual that I get in Loveland CO store. I won’t go back there, it’s a waste of my money. So disappointing!

The food is disgusting. Service is slowHow are onion rings burnt and soggy at the same time??

I hope the owners see this review because the employees here are always super friendly and personable. And they never get the orders wrong.
