It's hidden from view if you're on the interstate, and it's kinda hidden from view on Highway 66 as well. Good food and decent prices we had the smothered beef burrito, shrimp fajita, and a taco salad. Tortilla chips are really crispy and the salsa is perfect. Good amount of tables and seats, and plenty of free parking outside.
Homemade spicy salsa, so good. 1 margarita limit for me WoW. Fantastic. Food was hot and delicious. Friendly service. Small local place worth the stop for great food.
Needed some comfort food on a gray Colorado day. As a native New Mexican I'm always on the search for excellent green chili and fresh and amazing chips and salsa. Those take me to my happy place. Rancheros Restaurant definitely did not disappoint. The green chile is hot and legit. The salsa is spicy and fresh, and their queso is divine. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Longmont area. Thanks for the happiness Rancheros Restaurant, tastes like home!
Loco Pollo was pretty good. In the background, Chimichangas. The changas were barely fried and coulda definitely been fried longer. Overall, one of the better places I've eaten in Colorado.
Hands down best Mexican restaurant. We are from San Diego California and was spoiled with amazing Mexican food. It has been extremely difficult finding our favorite place here for years. We love the Al Pastor Tacos and Chili Reno’s. The atmosphere is quiet, warm and inviting. They also have great tasting chips and salsa. Tortilla soup was great as well.
