I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant at 6:20 pm on a Friday night. Upon arriving home, I realized that both entrees were missing the rice and quinoa. I called the restaurant to report the issue, but unfortunately, the response I received was unsatisfactory. There was no refund provided, no assistance offered, and overall, the customer service was very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant due to the negative experience I had.

Not a ton of vegan options the Buddha Bowl or a bowl with the tofu and choice of sides are the main choices. The food is fresh and tasty, reasonably priced, with healthy portions. Update for those ordering the pizza with vegan cheese: Beyond sausage is no longer available here.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Modern Market offers vegan cheese as an option, despite it not being listed on their menu. When ordering online, you can easily select "sub vegan cheese" for dishes like the beyond sausage pizza. I tried this pizza with added red sauce and it was the best I've had in a while. However, it appears that this chain is not very accommodating to vegans, as they do not offer non-dairy milk for coffee and have recently removed the tofu scramble from their menu. It's disappointing that vegans have to jump through hoops to get vegan cheese here. Despite this, I'm giving them 4 stars because the food is truly delicious. Their soup and tofu bowl options are also tasty and fresh.

I love and proudly support Lucky's Market in general, just bummed to have a poor experience at this particular one, mainly due to the cashier. She refused to scan my app which had coupons on it. I'm not even a crazy coupon lady and I did not throw a fit, but I thought it strange she felt it so necessary to hold her ground in this case, unless I'm missing something.
