The Westin Long Beach

I had an amazing experience at this hotel with its friendly and professional staff. The price for the location right downtown was excellent. The room was comfortable and they even allowed our dog to stay for free. The parking was $32 a night with unlimited in and out privileges. The bar had exceptional staff as well, a big thank you to Catherine and Ryan for making us feel so welcome. We are already planning our next trip back.

The hotel and room were both beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean. The only downside was the A/C unit, which was set to 62 but still didn't cool the room properly. Other than that, our experience was great. We were on the 14th floor.

Beautiful stay. good service. room with good view. there is a beach and some other attractions in walkable distance. restaurant has very few options. overall had a good time.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you choose this place you for sure will love it I'm sure!Awesome hotel, clean, great customer service. Valet were fast and professional, and helpful. Help desk had great recommendations too

NO SOAPThere was no soap in the hotel room and when we called down they said the whole hotel was out and there was nothing they could do. Thankfully I was able to get soap from a friend at another hotel but if you run out of soap, you figure it out. You can't just not have soap. Screw your sanitized pens at the front, acting like you care about COVID when your whole hotel is soapless!!! It grosses me out thinking of how many people weren't washing their hands during their stay.The hotel was acceptable otherwise but the lack of soap throughout is just plain nasty.
