Casa Chaskis - Long Beach

Amazing food, it makes you feel at home. The ingredients are fresh, everything is home made and the quality is really high. Definitely my favorite restaurant in all Long Beach all the food they make comforts my heart.

My boyfriend and I have been here twice, and my mother came with us the 2nd time. The overall experience was great both times. The food was amazing. The drinks amazing. The 2nd time we came we had to wait a bit due to them being short staffed but the foodwas well worth the wait. Will definitely be coming back. This is our new go to for Peruvian food in the area.

What a gem!!! i wish i had tried this place sooner. the food was delicious, fresh, and well-portioned. they emphasize sustainability (metal straws, no styrofoam, on site garden). their drinks are refreshing and huge! definitely recommend.

It's a cute place. You definitely would not notice it driving by if you didn't search for it online. There's a parking lot in the back and it is also where they have their vegetable garden. It didn't look very extensive and tbh a little bare, but it isa good start! The food seemed authentic but I was disappointed that their Chicha morada (purple corn drink) was not ready forconsumption even though it is a Peruvian specialty to try. I will definitely go back to try more dishes on their menu.
